This special workshop invites us into a field of united love and human connection.
Following a deeply nourishing restorative yoga class led by Sweetgum Manor’s founder, Abby Allen - to prepare the body and nervous system for stillness - I will guide participants through gentle breathwork interwoven with two powerful mantras.

Together, breath and mantra create a meditative, heart-opening state that restores inner harmony while strengthening our sense of collective care and belonging.
