Frequently Asked Questions

  • I help individuals and couples build emotional safety, self-awareness, and authentic connection — both within themselves and in their relationships.

Our work focuses on understanding emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and the deeper experiences that shape how you react, communicate, and relate. We gently explore what is held beneath the surface so you can respond to life from clarity rather than old conditioning.

  • Many emotional reactions are not just thoughts — they are experiences stored in the body and nervous system. When unresolved experiences remain unprocessed, they can show up as triggers, confusion, shutdown, anxiety, or relational conflict.

Through our work, we safely bring awareness to these deeper layers so your system can release emotional charge, integrate past experiences, and regain a sense of inner steadiness. This allows for more choice, less reactivity, and greater presence.

  • No. I am not a therapist or a psychologist and do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

This is supportive, growth-oriented work that focuses on emotional capacity, relational understanding, and inner alignment. Many people find it complements therapy beautifully.

  • Yes. Couples work helps partners understand not just each other’s words, but the emotional experiences and patterns underneath.

As each person gains awareness of their own inner responses, the relationship dynamic naturally shifts toward more safety, compassion, and attunement. This is not about blame — it’s about understanding the system you create together.

I do require each person to have a least one session with me prior to couples work to establish trust and equanimity.
