Over six weeks, experienced over the course of two months, you’ll move through a personalized, step-by-step process that blends the practical framework of Design Thinking with deep emotional and spiritual practices. This is both strategy and soul work, woven together.
Drawing on seven years of teaching alongside Stanford professors in the renowned Designing Your Life model, and 18 years as a holistic healer working with body, mind, and spirit, I bring a rare integration of clarity and compassion. I will serve as your guide on this journey—walking beside you as you dissolve old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and uncover renewed direction, balance, and purpose.
Conducted entirely over Zoom, each of the six modules supports awareness, growth, and renewal through thoughtful inquiry, experiential practices, and practical tools you can apply immediately. Design Thinking provides a creative, human-centered approach to navigating challenges—rooted in empathy, experimentation, and iteration—while the emotional and spiritual work allows for deeper healing, insight, and lasting transformation.

From there, the work focuses on translating those insights into practical tools for everyday life, using Stanford’s Design Thinking Model to clarify challenges, test new approaches, and apply what’s learned in real-world situations. Intentions are set with a focus on actionable steps and realistic possibilities.
